RAIN PLAN SCHEDULE CHANGES FOR DISCOVERY WEEKEND

After 13 years, the “time” has finally come for rain to fall on Discovery Weekend. Have no fear – your students are still in for an amazing weekend!! Below we list the most notable changes for the weekend and have also attached the new schedules for both Saturday and Sunday. Please be sure to review everything in detail, especially if you plan to check in/out your student at anytime.
SATURDAY CHANGES —
The only portions that are changed are in regards to the location and activity of the “Saturday Afternoon Mission Activity.” Session #4 will still begin at 4 PM and the 6th / 7th & 8th Grade Parent Prayer Services will not be affected.
SUNDAY CHANGES — We will NOT travel to Horses, Horses. Discovery will remain at Trinity on Sunday.
DISCOVERY WEEKEND WILL NOW OFFICIALLY END AT 2:30 PM (originally 4:30 PM).
PARENTS, PLEASE ARRIVE TO TRINITY’S GYM AT 2 PM FOR THE CLOSING SESSION!

ONLINE REGISTRATION
Registering ONLINE ahead of time is recommended to make Friday check-in quicker and easier! Online registration for the weekend will end Wednesday, March 7th at 9 PM CST.

Registration will then re-open “in person” at Trinity at 5:50 PM on Friday March 9th. If registering upon arrival Friday, you will be required  to complete a Medical Form, so please bring your medical and insurance information. Registration never ends for Discovery. Come one, come all! This is a Jesus thing.
